Damaged, altered, reprinted or counterfeit cards will not be submitted. Cards are inspected at drop-off.
Grading FAQs
How long does grading take?
Turnaround times are set by PSA and can vary. Value Bulk is currently running around 95 business days. Express services are significantly faster. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know of any changes to PSA's current turnaround estimates.
What is the minimum number of cards?
We require a minimum of 5 cards per submission. If you have fewer, reach out on Instagram and we may be able to combine your cards with another submission.
How should I prepare my cards for drop-off?
Cards should be in a penny sleeve inside a semi-rigid holder or card saver. Do not use tape, rubber bands or top loaders that are too tight. We'll do a full inspection when you drop them in store and let you know if anything isn't suitable for submission.
Can I get my slabs shipped to me?
Yes — tracked, insured return shipping is available. Costs are quoted at the time of submission based on quantity and destination. We strongly recommend insured shipping for high-value slabs.
Do you offer BGS grading?
BGS submissions are available on request. Contact us via Instagram with details of what you'd like to submit and we'll come back with pricing and availability.
What happens if my card gets a low grade?
The grading fee is charged regardless of the result — this is standard across the industry. PSA grades based on condition at the time of grading and the result is final. We inspect cards before submission and will flag anything we think is unlikely to grade well, but the final call is yours.
